FAQ

We accept .AI and .EPS vector files. However if your logo is in another format such as .jpg .bmp or .png we can convert it for you for an additional fee.

Your Animated logo will be delivered in MP4 or MOV format. Which is very high quality and suitable for uploading to video sharing websites such as youtube.com or vimeo.com or using in online or business presentations. If you need different video file settings, please specify it in the “comments” section when submitting your logo.

Of course! If you are in any way unhappy with your final logo we offer a full refund. But we haven’t had an unhappy customer yet!

Yes and no. Depends on a template, as some templates animations match specific audio tracks. Please contact us before placing your order with a template serial number to find out if it’s possible to use your own audio track.

We don’t offer such service at the moment. We will let everyone know when we do.
